3 – 15 years

Kids Jiu-Jitsu (3–15)

Our kids program teaches confidence, focus and respect through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Children learn real self-defence and anti-bullying skills in a structured, safe and positive environment.
Classes are grouped by age and stage so every child is challenged at the right level. Parents in Floreat, Wembley and City Beach tell us the difference shows up at home and at school.

Tots (3–5): coordination, listening, fun

Juniors (6–9): fundamentals, discipline, teamwork

Kids (9–12): technique, sparring basics, confidence

Teens (13–15):real self-defence, fitness, focus

Beginners welcome any time.

Adults Jiu-Jitsu

From your very first class through to competition.
Our Fundamentals classes give beginners a clear, low-pressure entry into BJJ. As you progress, Advanced classes and Open Mat let you sharpen your game and roll with training partners across every belt.
No athletic background needed. Most people walk in having never trained. The structured SJJA curriculum does the rest.

A women-only space to learn the most effective self-defence system in the world. You’ll build practical skills, fitness and genuine confidence alongside other women, with coaching that meets you where you are. No experience required.
